1. Overview
Ireshh Enterprises LLC (https://iresshh.com) offers a standalone warranty service for eligible products purchased through our website. We handle all warranty claims directly, ensuring prompt assessment and resolution of manufacturing defects in materials, design, or workmanship. Warranty coverage and duration are set by the original manufacturer or authorized seller.
2. Manufacturer/Seller Warranty
All warranty terms—spare parts availability, repair timelines, and repair quality—are determined by the manufacturer or seller.
Customers must submit claims directly to Ireshh; we will coordinate with authorized service centers on your behalf.
A valid original invoice (and warranty card, if provided) is required to verify product details and confirm warranty status.
Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
Authorized service centers perform all warranty work. If you purchased through a third-party seller, their warranty terms still apply.
3. Customer Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Ireshh’s service office.

Upon receipt, we inspect the device to verify the issue you reported.
4. Inspection & Additional Charges
If the defect falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, we arrange repair or replacement at no extra service charge.
Should the reported issue be invalid or unrelated to a warranty defect, an inspection fee will apply. You will be notified of any additional charges before work begins.
Inspection fees cover the cost of diagnosing non-warranty issues and return shipping.
5. Pickup & Drop-Off Service Option
When available in your area, Ireshh offers an optional pickup and delivery service—at the customer’s expense. Fees and service availability vary by location. The standard timeline for this service is 25 working days, allocated as follows:
Pickup and transit to service center: 6 working days
Repair or servicing: 14 working days
Return transit to customer: 5 working days
Guidelines:
Package items securely in the original box; inadequate packing may void coverage for transit damage.
Include all original accessories (charger, battery, earphones, etc.).
Address changes after scheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior; subject to courier availability.
Devices deemed unrepairable under warranty will be processed for replacement or refund per manufacturer policy.
6. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
Excludes damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, liquid contact, or other external factors.
Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents) is not covered unless it impairs functionality.
Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) may have separate warranty terms specified by the manufacturer.
7. Customer Data & Accessory Removal
Back up all personal data, disable security locks (e.g., “Find My Device”), and remove personal accessories (SIM cards, screen protectors, cases) before shipping.
Ireshh is not liable for data loss or damage to items not covered under warranty.
8. Storage & Unclaimed Items
Products not collected within 30 calendar days of repair completion will be disposed of, with no compensation provided.
9. Initiating a Warranty Claim
