Delivery Information Policy
Applicable to all orders shipped within the UAE (high-value and low-value items)
1. Scope
1.1. This policy covers delivery terms for both high-value (e.g., electronics, jewelry, premium appliances) and low-value (e.g., everyday groceries, toiletries) items purchased via our e-commerce platform.
1.2. All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to [Your Company Name], and “you” or “your” refer to the customer.
2. Definitions
High-Value Items: Products with a unit price above AED 1,000.
Low-Value Items: Products with a unit price of AED 1,000 or below.
Business Days: Sunday through Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.
3. Delivery Zones
Zone A (Major Cities): Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah — standard delivery available.
Zone B (Other Emirates): Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah — standard delivery available; may incur additional transit days.
Zone C (Remote Locations): Certain rural or desert areas — delivery by special arrangement; additional fees may apply.
4. Order Processing
4.1. Low-Value Items: Processed within 1–2 business days.
4.2. High-Value Items: Processed within 2–3 business days (includes quality checks and insurance).
4.3. Orders placed on Thursday afternoon, Friday, Saturday, or UAE public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery:
2–4 business days (Zone A)
3–6 business days (Zones B & C)
Express Delivery: Next business-day delivery (Zone A only).
Same-Day Delivery: Orders before 12:00 PM (noon), Sunday–Thursday (Zone A, availability dependent).
6. Delivery Methods
6.1. Low-Value Items:
Delivered via regular courier partners.
Leave-at-door option available if authorized at checkout.
6.2. High-Value Items:
Signature required on delivery.
Shipped with insured, tracked couriers.
Optional inside-delivery and assembly (extra charge).
7. Delivery Fees
Calculated based on zone, value, and delivery speed.
Shown clearly at checkout.
Free Standard Delivery:
Orders over AED 250 (Zone A)
Orders over AED 500 (Zones B & C)
Additional charges for express, same-day, or special handling.
8. Address and Contact Information
8.1. Provide full address (building, floor, unit, landmarks).
8.2. Valid UAE mobile number is required.
8.3. To update address, contact support within 2 hours of order confirmation.
9. Proof of Delivery
9.1. Low-Value Items:
Photo evidence if leave-at-door option is used.
9.2. High-Value Items:
Signature required.
For office deliveries, authorized company representative signature is acceptable.
10. Delivery Issues & Claims
10.1. Inspect all items upon receipt.
10.2. Report within 24 hours:
Damaged or defective items
Missing items
Wrong items
10.3. Provide order number, photos, and courier details.
11. Liability & Insurance
Low-Value Items: Risk transfers to you upon delivery confirmation/photo evidence.
High-Value Items: Fully insured from dispatch to your signature. Loss/damage in transit = full refund or replacement.
12. Special Circumstances
Public Holidays: Delivery may be delayed; notice will be sent via email/SMS.
Severe Weather: Expect possible delays (e.g., sandstorms, floods).
COVID-19 & Health Measures: Contactless delivery available (opt-in at checkout).
