You must provide accurate, complete information. We may verify this information and reserve the right to suspend or decline registration.

3. Account Security & User Obligations

3.1 Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3.2 Acceptable Use:
You must not:

• Sell or post illegal, offensive, counterfeit, or restricted items (e.g., weapons, drugs, live animals).

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ireshh and affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, etc.). Total liability is limited to AED 300 or the amount you paid for the relevant purchase, whichever is lower.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access and cancel orders if you breach these Terms, provide false info, commit fraud, or disrupt our Services. Account privileges and licenses end upon termination.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).

9.2 Dispute Resolution:
Unresolved disputes may be brought to the competent courts of Dubai.

10. General Provisions

• Changes: Terms may be updated; continued use indicates agreement.

• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and referenced policies form the full agreement.

• No Waiver: Not enforcing a right does not waive it.
