Terms of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on https://ireshh.com (the “Site”) operated by Ireshh Enterprises LLC, a company incorporated under Sharjah Media City Free Zone (“we”, “our”, or “Ireshh”). By placing an order, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms immediately.

2. Order Placement & Acceptance

2.1 Sellers: Products are sold directly by Ireshh or by third-party vendors listed on the Site.
2.2 Confirmation: Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation via email or SMS. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.
2.3 Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order any time before it ships at no charge.
2.4 Cancellation by Ireshh: We may cancel if payment fails, required information is missing, products go out of stock, or if bulk/unusual ordering patterns are detected.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Prices: Displayed in AED and include any applicable taxes.
3.2 Payment Methods: Credit/debit card, Ireshh Wallet, or cash on delivery (up to AED 6,500).
3.3 Authorization: We may set up accounts with third-party payment processors on your behalf; you authorize us to share your payment details with them.

4. Delivery

4.1 Charges & Timing: Shipping fees and estimated delivery dates appear at checkout.
4.2 Redelivery & Collection: If nobody is available at first attempt, you’ll receive instructions for re-delivery or pick-up.
4.3 Overseas Shipments: You are importer of record; you must comply with import laws and pay duties.
4.4 Title Transfer: Ownership and risk transfer to you once the product is delivered and paid for in full.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Eligible Returns (within 15 days of delivery):

• Incorrect, damaged, or not-as-described items (must be unused, in original packaging).

• Refurbished goods: return within 7 days.

5.2 Change of Mind: Allowed only where specified by category in our Returns Policy.
5.3 Non-returnable Items: Hazardous goods, perishable items, personal hygiene products, digital downloads, and any item noted as non-returnable on its product page.
5.4 Refunds: We refund the purchase price (minus original shipping), plus return shipping costs where the mistake was ours. Otherwise, return shipping is at your expense.
5.5 Refund Timing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds to cards take up to 7 days; wallet refunds are immediate.

6. Warranty

6.1 Coverage: Ireshh extends manufacturer or seller warranties for covered products—typically 12 months for electronics and 6 months for accessories. Warranty details appear on each product page.
6.2 Claim Process: Contact 99ireshh@gmail.com with your invoice and a description of the defect.
6.3 Service: Repairs are performed by authorized centers. Maximum three repair attempts within 14 days; thereafter, replacement or refund.
6.4 Exclusions: Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, liquid ingress, altered serial numbers, or consumables are not covered.
6.5 Warranty Period: Repair or replacement does not renew the warranty term.

7. Liability & Indemnity

7.1 Limited Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the products or these Terms will be limited to the lesser of (a) the product’s purchase price plus original and return shipping costs, or (b) AED 300.
